Comments about services

We welcome comments. We wish to improve services – please be available to give further details to senior management.

We have a number of comments relating to receptionists and car parking. We are keen to improve services and to do this we need further information to address the problem. May I please request that the person making the comment please as a separate action contat me , Dr Dalpat Mistry ( please leave a phone number in a sealed envelope addressed to Dr D Mistry confidential) so that I can fully understand the issues involved. In any case we have had a huge change in staff members.

We have been told that the car park will be made avaliable in September.
